Power Plug 50 Amp

The MotorGuide Power Plug is used in conjunction to the MotorGuide plug receptacle and allows you to quickly connect and disconnect power to your trolling motor. The MotorGuide plug comes standard with two power leads and connects directly to the power leads on your trolling motor. Built heavy-duty, this plug has four holes on the end of the male plug and molded handle for easy removal.

Recommended For:

Easy removal and connection of the trolling motor power leads. Ideal for trolling systems that feature a quick-release mount or quick-release plate.

Compatible With:

Compatible with all 12, 24, and 36 volt trolling motors that have a 2 wire configuration.

Installation Notes:

The plug is pre-wired to (2) 10 gauge wires and has pre-installed crimping wire connectors. To attach the plug to your trolling motor you will need to strip 1/2" of wire coating off each of the trolling motor leads and insert and crimp the leads into the wire connections. You will also need the MotorGuide power receptacle which is compatible with the trolling motor plug.

Additional Details:

The plug comes standard with 8 gauge wire but can be attached to either 6 or 10 gauge wire. See our rules for extending trolling motor wiring to determine what gauge of wire you need.
